个人简介

   张璐,南方医科大学病理生理学教研室主任,广东省蛋白质组学重点实验室主任,基础医学院二级教授,博士生导师,博士后合作导师,精神健康研究教育部重点实验室PI。广东省珠江学者特聘教授,教育部新世纪优秀人才。中国药物滥用防治协会成瘾与脑科学分会常务委员,中国病理生理学教学研究专业委员会委员,广东省病理生理学会常务理事。主要从事神经精神疾病可塑性机制与防治研究。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目及面上项目、广东省自然科学基金重点项目、及粤港关键领域重点突破项目等二十多项基金课题。近五年大通讯作者论文相继发表在Brain, Biol Psychiatry, Biomaterials, Aging Cell等国际重要刊物,文章被引2000余次。授权发明专利4项。

研究领域

围绕神经精神疾病突触可塑性机制及防治策略开展了系列原创性工作。运用多组学、转基因/基因敲除小鼠、神经环路示踪技术及光/化学遗传学等方法,解析了神经精神疾病发生发展中突触可塑性变化及信号机制,鉴定了若干关键靶蛋白分子并进行功能学探讨,为神经退行性疾病及药物成瘾的防治提供新的思路和方法。
