个人简介

许乙凯教授,现任南方医科大学南方医院影像诊断科(医学影像中心)学术带头人、国家级一流本科专业及国家级一流本科课程《医学影像学》负责人。主任医师、二级教授、博士研究生及博士后合作导师。

1984年毕业于第一军医大学医疗系,1989年师从国内磁共振影像诊断先驱、前全军放射医学诊疗委员会主任委员黄其鎏教授,于第一军医大学获医学影像学硕士学位,1995年师从郭庆林教授于第四军医大学获医学影像学博士学位。2000年因医疗、科研业绩突出,被破格聘为教授、主任医师、博士生导师。

主要学术团体任职有:中华放射学会全国质量控制与管理学组全国委员、中华放射学会全国分子影像学组全国委员、中华医学会广东省放射学分会副主任委员、广东省卫健委放射诊断质量控制中心主任、广东省环保厅辐射防护协会医学专委会主任委员、广东省中西结合学会影像学分会副主任委员、全国CT理论与应用学会常委。《影像诊断与介入放射学》副主编、《中国CT与MRI杂志》编委、《CT理论与应用》编委、《实用医学影像杂志》编委。

医疗工作方面,长期从事临床影像诊断工作,具备丰富的临床疾病影像诊断经验,尤其在神经系统、呼吸系统及消化系统方面具有深入研究。参与开发小型的远程会诊系统,在MRI功能序列对神经系统肿瘤、小肝癌、乳腺癌及肺结节的早期诊断及双源CT心血管成像等方面颇有建树。

科研工作方面,主要的研究方向为磁共振功能成像及分子影像学,在国内较早开展分子影像学研究,长期致力于新型靶向对比剂的制备及表征,作为课题负责人先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目8项、国家重点研发计划1项、教育部基金1项,以第一参与人负责国家自然科学基金重点项目1项;此外,先后主持开展了脑肿瘤氢谱成像、缺血缺氧性脑病序列优化及磷谱成像研究、癫痫的脑结构功能成像、普美显的肝脏靶向增强研究、地中海贫血肝心脏铁的定量测定技术、颈动脉斑块成像技术、小肠的CTE和MRE成像研究、心肌缺血的动态MRI增强技术、肺良恶性结节和肝脏病变的多b值DWI成像研究等。

近年来以通讯作者在国内外放射学核心杂志发表论文200余篇,其中发表SCI论文50余篇,代表性论著发表在Nature Communications, Advanced Materails, Small, Radiology, Hum Brain Mapp,  Eur Radiol, JMRI等;曾获国家发明专利3项(均为第一申请人)、军队科技进步二等奖2项;2011年“放射性肝损失动态MRI表现的临床研究”获解放军医疗成果三等奖;主编专著13部,包括《脊柱及脊髓疾病影像诊断学》、《磁共振造影剂及临床应用》、《肝胆胰脾影像诊断学》等由人民卫生出版社出版。
