个人简介

南方医院整形外科教授,博导,教育部长江学者,广东省杰青。

本科毕业于南方医科大学临床医学专业,博士毕业于南方医科大学南方医院整形外科专业。在美国Johns Hopkins School of Medicine从事Research Fellow工作4年。具有丰富的基础生物实验,流行病学研究,生物大数据以及转录组,微生物组,代谢组,免疫组等多组学分析经验。熟练使用R语言,掌握多种机器学习算法运用于预后模型建立。与诺贝尔奖得主Semenza Lab, 美国科学院与医学院院士Belkaid Lab,美国医学院院士Xiaobin Wang Lab,美国HHMI学者 Xinzhong Dong Lab,宾夕法尼亚大学 Grice Lab,马里兰大学Kane Lab,密歇根大学Microbiome Core,英国利兹大学Newton Lab等9个课题组开展深度合作。

以第一作者及通讯作者在Cell Host& Microbe(2021,2024), Science Advances(2022), JAMA Dermatology(2020), Allergy(2023), Journal of Investigative Dermatology(2018, 2023), Small(2024), Acta Biomaterials (2023), APS (2023), Adv Dru Deli Rev (2023), J Dermatol(2020) 等期刊发表论文,获得Nature Reviews Microbiology, Cell Host& Microbe, Science Signaling, Science, Nature Reviews Diease Primers等引用与评论,同时提供皮肤微生物及微环境分析参与Immunity, Nat Communications, Sci Adv, JITC等论文的发表。2020与2022年获得世界最大皮肤病学会议Society For Investigative Dermatology的Oral presentation机会。作为译者翻译《Aesthetic Surgery of the Breast》。现为Immunity, Nature Microbiology, Cell Host& Microbe及Elife审稿人;中华医学会组织修复与再生分会全国委员,广东省生物信息学会理事,美国皮肤学协会,欧洲皮肤学协会,美国病理学协会以及美国药理学协会会员;及2021年南方医院整形外科高层次引进人才。主持多项国家级及省市级基金,在研经费750余万元。

研究领域

研究方向为皮肤微生物组与代谢组对皮肤免疫微环境的影响,从而调控皮肤干细胞的分化与发育模式,致力于促进完整结构与功能的皮肤与毛囊再生。首次搭建了完整的小鼠皮肤不同微生物梯度系统,并通过开发小鼠和人体皮肤的微生物测序技术与多组学综合分析流程发现常驻菌群对于创伤免疫微环境与皮肤再生的积极作用(Cell Host& Microbe 2021,Small 2024, APS 2023, ActB 2024),发现皮肤微生物通过诱导创伤免疫微环境缺氧促进角质细胞谷氨酰胺代谢从而促进皮肤再生(Science Advances 2022,JACI 2024);开发免疫微环境对于皮肤干细胞分化调控的作用以及综合评价系统(Cell Host& Microbe 2024, JAMA Dermatology 2020,Journal of Investigative Dermatology 2023, Allergy 2023),发现dsRNA对成体皮肤性质转化的正向调节作用(Journal of Investigative Dermatology 2018),受邀为皮肤微生物对于慢性创面的研究撰写综述(Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews 2023, RRR 2024)。现在正在开展Chinese Skin Microbiome (CSM) Study Group多中心多组学的皮肤微生物基础与临床研究。
