一、法医微生物学
1、组织体液溯源:采用16S rDNA和宏基因组高通量测序技术结合人工智能算法,进行常见组织体液类型的鉴识研究。研究年龄、性别等个体特征对组织体液溯源的影响以及环境暴露后人体微生物的变化规律。基于上述研究甄选微生物标记,构建法医现场常见组织体液的快速溯源检测方法。
2、个体识别和个体特征刻画:探索建立基于人体核心菌种SNP的差异进行个体识别的方法;探索基于16S rDNA和宏基因组高通量测序获得的人体微生物信息挖掘个体常居地域、 饮食特征等个体信息,以期建立基于微生物标记进行个体识别的系统方法。
二、法医遗传学
1、针对法医现场痕量DNA、降解DNA、混合DNA检材检测以及复杂亲缘鉴定的难点,筛选用于个体识别、复杂亲权鉴定的新型遗传标记。
2、根据法医实践需求,探索基于一代毛细管电泳平台或二代测序平台建立相关遗传标记的高通量检测体系。
三、法医动物学
动物亲子鉴定、个体识别和种属鉴定。
研究方向:1、组织体液溯源;2、遗传标记筛选及其复合扩增系统构建;3、遗传标记多态性和法医学应用。以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外期刊发表论文30余篇(SCI收录22篇)。

二、遗传标记筛选和毛细管电泳体系构建方面:
