个人简介

官道刚,男,南方医科大学基础医学院生化与分子生物学系教授。目前主要从事复杂生命活动尤其是肿瘤发生发展过程中关键基因调控网络的构建及其分子机理的计算建模,先后建立了多组学分析平台及组合药物筛选平台可以分析从芯片数据到单细胞测序在内的多种高通量数据及FDA批准药物组合效应的分子机理,在前期研究中,基于多尺度组学数据,建立了多个数理统计和组学整合分析模型,并成功应用于多物种 miRNA 探测,人类头颈肿瘤,乳腺癌,大肠癌,小鼠干细胞分化及线虫细胞命运决定, 拟南芥开花等生物过程的关键调控节点的探测及开关网络的建立成功解读了这些复杂生物过程中的关键基因及通路。
