个人简介

周凌宏,南方医科大学生物医学工程学院教授(二级岗),博导,广东省放射诊断治疗设备工程技术研究中心主任。

长期致力于医学物理、智能精准放疗及医学影像设备的研发与转化研究。主持国家级及省部级重大科研项目20余项,包括国家自然科学基金项目、“十二五”科技支撑计划课题、“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目、“十四五”国家重点研发计划课题等。曾获国家科技进步二等奖、军队科技进步一等奖、国家教学成果二等奖等多项重要奖励,发表学术论文200余篇,为高端诊疗装备的自主研发与推广应用作出了重要贡献。

 

研究领域

研究方向一:以肿瘤放射物理学基础理论与关键技术为突破点,结合领域前沿与临床需求,开展新方法与新技术应用,为探索与提高临床服务能力提供关键技术支撑。当前主要开展前沿放疗设备计划设计系统、放疗计划自动质量控制方法、基于新型器件的放射治疗新方法、FLASH RT物理与生物学机制等研究;

研究方向二:医学放射成像新方法。瞄准领域前沿问题和临床需求,系统性地开展蒙特卡罗X射线模拟方法、低剂量稀疏成像算法、能谱CT成像方法及锥形束CT(CBCT) 临床转化应用等研究。当前主要开展碳纳米冷阴极X射线源物理特性及成像方法、自适应蒙特卡罗光子输运技术和精准散射校正研究。

研究方向三:肿瘤大数据与医学人工智能医学应用研究。运用机器学习方法开展多模态图像映射、辅助诊断、疗效预测及相关技术规范的研究。当前主要开展:多模态医学信息融合、精准剂量累加及放疗毒性预测、肿瘤(器官)自动分割及跟踪、影像组学及计算机辅助影像诊断等研究。

研究方向四:开展基于国产创新医疗器械的设备配置创新解决方案、技术创新解决方案和创新服务模式,以及依托国产创新医疗器械支撑基层服务能力提升的集成创新解决方案等研究。
