个人简介

主任医师,医学博士,博士研究生导师,广东省首批杰出青年医学人才,斯坦福大学访问学者,第六届南粤好医生。现任中国研究型医院学会神经再生与修复专业委员会常委兼麻醉与神经功能学组组长,中国神经科学会第1届麻醉与脑功能分会青年委员,广东省药学会第1届麻醉专家委员会副主任委员、广东省医学会第11届麻醉学分会常务委员,广东省医师协会麻醉科医师分会常务委员、广东省医学会第8届疼痛学分会常务委员、广东省医师协会第3届疼痛科医师分会常务委员,Heliyon杂志Associated Editor,Medical Gas Research杂志编委,Anesthesiology and Perioperative Science杂志Academic Editor,Neuropharmacology and Therapy执行副主编等。

专业擅长

临床麻醉:擅长各类手术包括体外循环下心脏直视手术、肝移植、肾移植、高龄患者的围术期管理,包括术前评估、术中麻醉管理和术后疼痛管理等。擅长超声引导下神经阻滞,且对于超声神经肌肉解剖具有深入研究,在穿刺方法和入路选择上有自己的独特之处。

慢性疼痛:擅长综合应用肌筋膜和神经思路诊断治疗各类慢性疼痛;擅长超声引导下注射及微创治疗各类慢性疼痛类疾病以及非痛性疾病,包括颈源性头痛、偏头痛等慢性头痛类疾病、三叉神经痛、带状疱疹后遗神经痛等神经病理性疼痛、颈肩腰腿来源的肌肉骨骼软组织疼痛、癌性疼痛、复杂顽固性疼痛、术后疼痛综合征、内脏痛、盆腔及会阴痛、糖尿病周围血管病变、糖尿病周围神经病变、过敏性鼻炎、面肌痉挛、多汗症等疾病;擅长应用颊针、内热针等中西医结合技术治疗各类慢性疼痛及失眠、抑郁等疾病。 

研究领域

 

主要研究方向包括缺血性脑损伤,慢性疼痛的诊断和治疗,围术期数据库建设和大数据应用,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金项目和广东省科技计划项目各1项,参与多项国家级和省级科研项目,在SCI收录期刊发表文章20余篇,作为副主译、译者和编者翻译编写专著7本。
