乔东访,男,法医病理学专业,医学博士,博士生导师,主任法医师。现任南方医科大学法医院副院长。教育部学位中心评审专家,教育部本科教育教学评估专家,中国法医学会法医病理学分会委员,中国毒理学会药物依赖性分委会委员,广东省高层次人才评审专家库成员,广东省、浙江省、湖南省、广西区自然科学基金评委,广东省司法鉴定协会专家库成员,广东省司法鉴定高级职称评审专家库成员,广东省司法鉴定协会理事、法医病理分委会副主任委员,广东省人民检察院听证员,广州市司法鉴定协会副会长,广东省医学会医学鉴定专家库成员、广州市医疗纠纷调解委员会专家库成员,广州市医学会疫苗不良反应精准诊治学分会副主任委员,广州市预防接种异常反应诊断组专家库成员等。
研究方向包括:(1)甲基苯丙胺(METH)的中枢神经系统损伤研究;(2)糖尿病心肌病(DbCM)心衰机制及相关死亡原因研究。近年来分别主持国家自然科学基金2项(批准号:81172907,82271930)、广东省自然科学基金的面上项目4项(S2013010015473、2019A1515011987、2021A1515010909、2024A1515013050)、广州市科技计划项目-民生科技攻关计划联合项目1项(2019030011),以第一作者于国内外杂志发表相关学术论文近50余篇,最高影响因子10.753。
现主要从事《法医病理学》教学、科研及鉴定工作。长期承担《法医学》、《法医病理学》、《法医毒理学》的一线教学工作,省级一流课程《法医病理学》课程负责人,省级《法医病理学》实验教学示范中心负责人、。曾获南方医科大学2021、2023学年“教学优秀”一等奖2次,副主编参编《法医病理学与毒理学实践学习指导》(华中科技大学科技大学出版社)《法医病理学实例土建》(湖北科学技术出版社)2部,参编国家医学电子书包《法医学》(人民军医出版社)、第五版《法医毒理学》(人民卫生出版社)和第二版十二五规划教材《法医学》(人民卫生出版社)等教材10余部。
专业实践长期从事死亡原因鉴定(主要包括死因分析、伤病关系分析等)、涉及死亡的医疗损害鉴定(医疗过失与损害后果的参与度)等,其中完成尸体检验不少于1000例,在以上领域的鉴定工作中严格按照相关的法律、法规及行业规范进行鉴定,严格执行“实事求是、公正公平”的法医执业道德,并积累了丰富的经验,其中涉及大量疑难、复杂的鉴定,鉴定结论满意度高,无有效投诉,为化解社会矛盾做出了贡献。
研究方向一:
甲基苯丙胺(冰毒,Methamphetamine,METH):为当前被广泛滥用的新型合成毒品之一 。METH对中枢神经系统具有极强的刺激作用,长期暴露可导致CNS敏感脑区发生严重的不可逆性损害,其中胶质细胞激活及其所致的非特异性炎症与神经损害结果密切相关 。既往研究的表明,敏感脑区内METH作用下,星形胶质细胞及小胶质细胞均表现出促炎症反应的功能转变,因星形胶质细胞的功能复杂,病理状态下表现出了高度的异质性,因此通过生物信息学手段解析细胞异质性分群的表型特征、转录特征、代谢特征等,深入解读Ast的异质性分群及其不同的功能作用,对揭示METH所致的炎症损伤机制具有重要的科学意义。
研究方向二:
“糖尿病心肌病”(Diabetic Cardiomyopathy ,DbCM):糖尿病是目前全球最大的公共卫生问题之一,相关心血管并发症是导致死亡的主要原因。DbCM指不伴有高血压、冠状动脉疾病和瓣膜性心脏病的糖尿病患者伴发的心功能障碍或衰竭,是糖尿病引起的主要心血管并发症。DbCM以心肌细胞肥大、丢失和纤维化为特征,初始表现为舒张功能障碍,最终发展为射血分数降低型心衰。其中,心脏的代谢重塑及结构性重塑在其中起重要作用,但目前尚无DbCM导致心力衰竭的有效治疗策略。因此针对代谢重塑相关机制寻求有效关于靶点,对此后心脏的结构性重塑及心功能衰竭具有重要研究价值
