个人简介

南方医科大学研究员，博士，学术型博士研究生导师，博士后联合导师。

中国医师协会脑胶质瘤专委会分子诊疗专委会（学组）委员，广东省中西医结合学会转化医学专委会副主委，佛山市医师协会精准医学工委会主委，广州抗癌协会转化医学专委会常委。

主持国家级、省部级科研项目十余项。

以通讯作者或一作在Brain、Neuro Oncol、J Neuroinflammation、Medcomm、Cell Rep Med、Nature Communications等国际国内顶级期刊发表论文四十余篇；获得国家发明专利授权3项。

研究生招生方向：外科学（神经外科）。

主要研究方向：胶质母细胞瘤诊疗新靶点的发现及其作用机制研究，以及在此基础上的诊疗新策略新手段研究。传统中药在肿瘤治疗中的价值和应用，阐明中药配伍的科学内涵。

指导的研究生成绩优异，多人次获得国家级基金、博士后基金等科研课题。

 

研究领域

本课题组研究领域集中于：

1）恶性神经肿瘤发生和恶性进展中基因组稳态失衡的机制探讨。

2）恶性神经肿瘤发生和恶性进展中微环境细胞膜表面特异性标记物筛选、鉴定、功能解析及机制探讨。

3）恶性神经肿瘤的靶向治疗及免疫治疗。

4）传统中药在肿瘤治疗中的价值和应用，阐明中药配伍的科学内涵。

本实验室具备基因蛋白功能解析平台、分子免疫学平台、分子病理学平台、分子和细胞成像平台、基因编辑平台、细胞生物学平台、组学研究平台、大数据分析平台，可开展细胞生物学研究、分子生物学研究、形态学研究、分子和细胞成像研究、基因编辑、多组学大数据分析等。
