个人简介

张琳教授,南方医科大学基础医学院二级教授,博士生和博士后联合导师,组织胚胎学教研室主任,国家药监局化妆品安全评价重点实验室常务副主任,国家药监局化妆品监管科学创新研究基地,广东省药监局化妆品安全与功效关键技术重点实验室副主任。担任中国解剖学会组织胚胎学专业委员会常务理事,中国解剖学会医学发育生物学分会副主任委员、1. 中国转化医学联盟理事、广东省整形美容协会毛发与头皮健康管理分会副主委、广东省解剖学会副理事长、广东省转化医学学会理事、广东省人体生物组织工程学会理事等学术任职。珠江学者特聘教授,获得教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划,获得广东省科技进步二等奖,获得第六届中国生物·中国整形美容协会科学技术奖二等奖,南方医科大学立德树人好导师等荣誉称号。主持20余项国家级和省部级课题,研究工作以通讯作者发表SCI收录期刊80余篇, 获得大名专利13项,从事皮肤的基础与应用研究。

 

研究领域

主要从事皮肤的基础与应用研究。以基因敲除小鼠为模型,揭示了皮肤屏障形成、皮肤衰老、毛囊形成、皮肤创伤修复、以及皮肤相关疾病过程中信号调控机制;系统阐明了小G蛋白家族在干细胞对皮肤创伤愈合的治疗作用和信号机制;聚焦新型生物材料在皮肤创伤愈合过程中的治疗应用; 聚焦皮肤衰老和脱发的转化研究,包括无细胞治疗、小分子干预、植物提取物等化妆品和药品的开发。相关研究为解决皮肤创伤愈合附属器官再生和毛发再生难题,构建高质量仿生皮肤提供研究基础和新的治疗依据。
