个人简介

李振华,博士生导师,国家优青,入选广东省省级人才项目,南方医科大学第十附属医院科研办公室主任,东莞市BNCT精准治疗重点实验室主任。2017年-2020年曾在美国北卡大学教堂山分校与北卡州立大学联合生物医学工程系从事博士后研究。兼任中国生物材料学会智能仿生材料分会委员、中国生物物理学会纳米生物学分会委员、中国解剖学会血管分会委员、深圳市生物医药促进会细胞外囊泡技术专业委员会常务委员。长期从事以生物材料为基础的肿瘤治疗及心肌组织工程研究。相关成果已在国际学术期刊上发表SCI 论文120篇,其中以通讯/第一作者在Nat. Nanotechnol.、Sci. Adv.、Nat. Biomed. Eng. 、Nat. Commun.等重要国际学术期刊发表SCI 论文40余篇。文章总被引用超过6900次,H因子为49,并入选全球前2%的卓越科学家榜单。主持国家自然科学基金项目4项,广东省省市联合基金重点项目1项,并担任Extracellular Vesicle、Materials Today Bio、Chinese Chemical Letters、Exploration等国际期刊的编委。

研究领域

仿生材料的肿瘤心脏病学研究

随着癌症诊疗水平的提高,恶性肿瘤患者的生存时间明显延长。然而由放疗、化疗、免疫治疗、手术等抗肿瘤治疗引起的心脏损伤问题日益凸显。肿瘤心脏病学应运而生,旨在建立肿瘤心脏病学的防控体系,在抗肿瘤治疗前对基础危险因素进行评估。肿瘤心脏病学的发展可以为患者提供风险评估、诊断及治疗,以积极开展肿瘤治疗致心脏损伤机制研究以及防控体系。近年来,仿生材料在肿瘤治疗、组织修复等方面展现出广阔的发展前景。课题组致力于利用仿生材料的优势,解决肿瘤放化疗及免疫治疗所引起的心肌毒性问题并深入探讨肿瘤发生与心脏疾病发生机制。

工程化细胞囊泡在心肌组织再生及肿瘤治疗中的应用

细胞囊泡是一种来源于细胞的纳米囊泡,已被广泛用于化学药物、蛋白、核酸等治疗试剂的递送载体。与传统纳米药物载体相比,细胞囊泡在大小和功能上与合成的纳米载体类似,但作为天然内源性转运载体,具有毒性低、无免疫原性、渗透性好等优势。此外,细胞囊泡保留了母体细胞部分蛋白、核酸等生物活性大分子,而且不同来源的细胞囊泡具有特异性,能够将活性分子传递给靶细胞,调节组织和器官的生物功能。因此,细胞囊泡类药物在重大疾病诊断和靶向药物递送方面具有广阔的应用前景。课题组设计并开发了几种特异性细胞囊泡及工程化细胞囊泡用于新冠肺炎、心肌梗死及肿瘤等重大疾病的治疗。课题组将进一步拓展工程化细胞囊泡的应用,力争实现细胞囊泡的规模化生产并进行临床转化研究。

光合细菌肿瘤治疗和组织工程研究

微生物作为活药,无论是在肿瘤治疗还是组织工程中,都具有纳米材料无法比拟的优势。光合细菌是具有原始光能合成体系的兼性厌氧原核生物。其具有无致病、致毒作用,兼具近红外驱化能力。课题组2021年首次发现光合细菌中的沼泽红假单胞菌,在不进行外部修饰的情况下其自身具有良好的光热作用,而且具有乏氧靶向性和近红外驱化能力。随后,利用光合细菌代谢物抗氧化性能,将光合细菌用于伤口愈合研究。课题组将进一步开展了一系列光合细菌抗肿瘤和组织工程研究。
