个人简介
教授,博士生导师。2003 年6 月博士毕业于第一军医大学医学图像处理重点实验室,2008 年10 月至2009 年4 月在日本秋田县立大学做流动研究员,2011 年4 月至2012 年4 月,在美国北卡罗莱纳大学放射系研究访问。一直从事医学图像处理与分析相关研究工作,在该领域已经发表论文几十篇,积累了丰富的工作经验,对医学图像建模与仿真、图像引导放射治疗、医学图像分割、深度学习、医学图像分类等方面进行了较深入的研究。近年曾主持国家自然科学基金(31271067,61671230,61971213)3 项,广东省自然科学基金1项,广东省科技攻关1项,广州市科技计划2 项。参加国家973 计划(2010CB732500)等项目,研究结果发表在IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging,IEEEJournal of Biomedical and Health Informatics,Medical Physics,Physics in Medicine and Biology 等领域内前沿学术期刊。
