男，汉族，1973年1月出生，湖南益阳人，医学博士、主任医师、博士生导师，国际牙医师学院院士（Fellow），教育部新世纪优秀人才，广东省杰出青年医学人才。1996年毕业于北京大学医学部（原北京医科大学），毕业后在中山大学光华口腔医学院附属口腔医院从事医教研工作20余年，历任医务科、科研科科长、院长助理等。2005年获得中山大学（肿瘤学）医学博士学位，2008-2011年赴美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校从事博士后合作研究，担任研究助理教授。2020年3月以人才引进的方式调入南方医科大学南方医院，任口腔科主任，学术带头人，兼任中华口腔医学会口腔药学专业委员会主任委员、中华口腔医学会第六届理事会理事、中华口腔医学会口腔医疗服务分会委员、全国卫生产业企业管理协会转化医学分会常务理事、精准医学分会常务理事，广东省医师协会口腔医师分会副主任委员，广东省精准医学应用学会咬合与颞下颌疾病分会副主任委员、广东省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专委会常委、《PLOS ONE》、《中华口腔医学研究杂志》（电子版）、《口腔颌面外科杂志》、《口腔疾病防治》等专业期刊编委，国家自然科学基金同行评议专家以及省部级科技项目评审专家，省市医疗事故鉴定专家组成员。

在口腔头颈外科疾病精准诊治，特别是肿瘤手术及术后缺损功能性重建、颌面创伤与畸形整复、颌骨坏死诊治、微创外科等方面有着丰富和独到的经验，成功完成头颈恶性肿瘤颅颌面根治术（III类/限制性技术）近百例。。主要研究领域为口腔-头颈肿瘤的发病和治疗抵抗分子机制、肿瘤纳米成像及精准诊疗等。主持5项国家自然科学基金和多项省部级重点项目，总科研经费1000多万元，近年来发表SCI论文50余篇，以最后通讯作者发表单篇论文最高IF18.808，Google Scholar总被引2800余次；参编教材和专著6部，研究成果被纳入2项中国临床诊疗专家共识，获教育部推荐国家科技进步奖二等奖1次。

主要研究领域为口腔-头颈肿瘤的发病和治疗抵抗分子机制、肿瘤纳米成像及精准诊疗等。
