个人简介

张家明,华中科技大学临床医学八年制专业(外科学),哈佛大学博士后研究员,南方医科大学深圳医院副研究员,“珠江人才计划”青年拔尖人才,南方医科大学高层次人才。师从哈佛医学院、牙学院、麻省总医院内分泌科知名教授、美国骨与矿物质研究协会前任主席Dr. Roland Baron(h-index:103,论文总引45268次)。已发表SCI论文32篇,IF>20共5篇,>10共3篇,H因子19,论文总引用1086次,高被引论文1篇(Ageing Research Reviews,2023;IF=12.5;ESI: Highly Cited Paper, Top 1% of the Academic Field of Clinical Medicine,被引用101次),主持国家自然科学基金1项,担任Journal of Translational Internal Medicine、Burns & Trauma以及Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences的青年学术编委,参与Aging Cell、Journal of Nanobiotechnology等学术期刊的审稿工作。

长期致力于运动系统(骨与关节)衰老相关疾病的基础研究和靶向治疗。在博士期间开展机械力学刺激对软骨细胞线粒体动力学、线粒体自噬和细胞凋亡的调控作用(Journal of Cellular Physiology,2021;Frontiers in Genetics,2022),减重运动疗法对骨关节炎软骨和软骨下骨的治疗作用(Journal of Orthopaedic Research,2021;Bone & Joint Research,2022),以及骨关节炎软骨下骨的机械响应性转录组研究(Bone & Joint Research,2022)。此外,在博士后期间,通过体内条件性基因敲除技术开展了MMP13-CTSK调控轴在骨细胞生理和骨稳态的作用机制研究(ASBMR Annual Meeting 2022;ASBMR Annual Meeting 2023),以及PTH/PTHrP对骨细胞转录组调控作用的基础研究(JCI Insight,2023)。与日本东京医科齿科大学、日本昭和大学、武汉同济医院、河南省人民医院、南京鼓楼医院、重庆大学等机构共同开展了纳米脂质体、工程化外泌体等联合新型水凝胶在治疗软骨衰老、软骨下骨重塑和骨关节炎的研究(Advanced Composites and Hybrid Materials 2023,2024;Journal of Nanobiotechnology,2023),以及老年性骨关节炎临床样本的软骨、软骨下骨、脂肪垫多组织的单细胞多组学研究。
