个人简介

长期从事恶性肿瘤的临床与科研工作。目前主要从事胃肠肿瘤的综合诊疗,在疑难肿瘤病例诊治中具有丰富经验。同时,致力于胃肠肿瘤耐药、肿瘤微环境免疫代谢交互等领域的机制及转化研究。主要研究方向:构建基于分子检测的胃肠肿瘤个体化治疗;探索胃肠肿瘤化疗、靶向和免疫治疗的耐药机制及其逆转策略;开发基于生物信息学、数学建模的胃肠肿瘤精准治疗决策体系等。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项,广东省科技计划3项,横向科学课题基金8项,以骨干成员参与国家重点研发计划1项,以第一发明人获授权发明专利2项。以第一作者(共同一作)或通讯作者(共同通讯)在Cell Metabolism、Cell Reports Medicine、Med、Molecular CancerCancer Research、Cancer Immunology Research、Cancer Communications、Oncogene等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,其中IF>10共13篇,累计IF288.5。

研究领域

致力于胃肠肿瘤耐药、肿瘤微环境免疫代谢交互领域的机制及转化研究。构建基于分子检测的胃肠肿瘤个体化治疗;探索胃肠肿瘤化疗、靶向和免疫治疗的耐药机制及其逆转策略;开发基于生物信息学、数学建模的胃肠肿瘤精准治疗决策体系。
