黄泳教授、主任医师，博士生导师，针灸推拿学教研室主任，针灸推拿学专业负责人。广东省教学名师，解放军总后勤部优秀教师，南方医科大学教学本科教学优秀教师,南方医科大学"立德树人好导师"。兼任中国中医药研究促进会传统文化翻译与国际传播专业委员会副主任委员（2019）、中国针灸学会针灸教育专业委员会委员（2019）、中国针灸学会针灸医学影像专业委员会第二届委员会常务委员（2019）、中国针灸学会综合医院针灸科专业委员会第一届副主任委员（2020）、中国针灸学会治未病专业委员会常委（2022）、中华中医药学会翻译分会第四届委员会常务委员、广东省针灸学会常务理事、广东省中西医结合学会亚健康专业委员会常委、广东省针灸学会针灸治未病专业委员会主任委员、广东省针灸学会耳穴专业委员会常委、广东省女医师协会女性健康保健专家委员会副主任委员、广东省针灸学会针法专业委员会常委、广东省中西医结合学会综合医院中医专业委员会委员、广东省针灸学会针灸教育委员会常委。主要科研方向为针刺效应的机制研究和新型针灸技术的临床运用。擅长运用浮针、腹针、靳三针、醒脑开窍针法、平衡针、火针、颊针等等新型针灸技术治疗疾病；基于循证医学方法和原则，开展针灸循证医学研究，指导临床。主编、参编国家级规划教材二十余部，主持国家级虚拟仿真教学实验项目1项、省级精品线上课程1门、主持省级教学课题5项，主持国家自然科学基金以及省级科研课题十余项，获得省级科技进步三等奖3项。发表SCI论文20余篇，参与出版教材专著93部。
1、针灸治疗脑病的基础与临床。以脑功能成像为主要研究手段，开展针灸治疗脑相关疾病的基础与临床研究，如中风、抑郁、痴呆、帕金森病等等。承担973分题2项、完成国家自然科学基金课题1项，在研省、市级课题各1项，获得省级科技进步三等奖2项（分别第一、第二）、中国针灸学会科技进步三等奖1项（第二），发表SCI论文25篇；
2、针灸新型技术的临床运用。运用浮针、腹针、靳三针、醒脑开窍针法、平衡针、火针、颊针等等新型针灸技术治疗疾病。获得军队医疗成果二等奖1项（二作）、发表文章20篇；
3、循证针灸。基于循证医学方法和原则，开展针灸循证医学研究，指导临床。发表SCI论文4篇；
4、针灸治未病。成立广东省针灸治未病专业委员会，出任主任委员。积极开展针灸治未病工作。
