个人简介

陈新,医学博士,南方医科大学珠江医院呼吸与危重症医学科带头人,主任医师、教授,博士生导师及博士后合作导师。现任中华医学会呼吸病学分会慢阻肺学组委员、广东省医师学会呼吸病学分会副主任委员、广东省医学会变态反应学会常委、广东省临床医学会呼吸分会副主任委员、广东省预防医学会呼吸分会副主任委员、广东省医疗行业协会呼吸分会副主任委员、广东省病理生理学会呼吸分会副主任委员等多个学术任职。主要研究方向涵盖慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、急性肺损伤、肺癌及新冠肺炎的临床诊断、治疗、病因、预后与康复。研究重点包括:探讨慢性气道炎症性疾病发病机制,重点研究气道上皮在COPD及急性肺损伤中的作用及气道上皮屏障与炎症调控;建立肺部感染性疾病生物样本库,深入解析新冠病毒感染后肺部适应性免疫反应及COPD患者接种新冠疫苗后的保护性免疫机制;研究肠道菌群及其代谢产物对呼吸系统疾病的影响,探索其作为急性肺损伤治疗新策略的潜力;开发新型合成生物材料,研制肺癌纳米靶向传递系统;发掘动物药来源抗菌肽,研究其在脓毒血症治疗中的作用及相关信号通路机制。累计主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家科技重大专项子课题1项、广东省重点领域研究项目1项及10余项省市级科研项目。近五年在国际权威期刊如J Colloid Interface Sci、BMC Med、Acta Pharmacol Sin、J Control Release、Cell Commun Signal、Respir Res、Am J Pathol、ELife等发表学术论文70余篇,获国家授权专利13项及市级科研奖励1项。

研究领域

主要研究方向包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、急性肺损伤、肺癌、新冠肺炎的临床诊断、治疗、病因、预后及康复:1.研究慢性气道炎症性疾病发病机制,探索气道上皮在COPD与急性肺损伤发生发展的作用以及气道上皮屏障、气道炎症的调控方式;2.建立肺部感染性疾病生物样本库,探究新型冠状病毒感染后肺部适应性免疫反应特征和分子机制与COPD患者接种新冠疫苗后体内保护性免疫反应特征及保护作用机制;3.探索肠道菌群及其代谢产物对呼吸疾病的影响,探索肠道菌群及其代谢产物作为急性肺损伤治疗新手段的可能;4.开发合成新型生物材料,研制肺癌纳米制剂靶向传递系统;发掘与鉴定动物药来源抗菌肽,探索抗菌肽对脓毒血症治疗的作用方式及相关信号调控分子机制等。
