汪洋,副主任医师,博士后

1)既往均以第一作者刊文两篇《AJRCCM》(2021 IF: 30.528),其中一篇已被诸如 《NEJM》,《The Lancet》,《JAMA》,《Annals of Internal Medicine》等引用584次;

2)另一篇曾被评为“丁香园”的“中国亮点”文章;以第一作者刊文《Radiology》一篇(2021 IF: 29.146);以第一作者刊文《eBioMedicine》两篇(IF: 11.205);

3)第一申请人专利4项,已提交正审核的专利24项。

一则题为《选择》的真实小故事:事情发生在2023年9月22日医院的北门。在一次与金王亦同学(非南方医科大学学生-专硕-2023年毕业,在硕士研究生期间,已发表2篇一作SCI;1篇共一SCI;1篇中文核心)的电话交流中,我提出了两个问题,引发了一场思考。
 
我问:“为什么选择我这样的导师?”
金同学深思熟虑后的回答让我眼前一亮:“在所有导师中,我选择了能够助我打造高质量SCI文章的人。”
 
接着我问:“为何这样判断呢?”
金同学毫不犹豫地解释道:“首先,读博士/去大型三甲竞争/出国留学...需要高效引领,高质量SCI文章才是硬通货,没有这个筹码就毫无资格。其次,未来哪怕直接就业需要步入高级平台,而拥有SCI作为敲门砖才能真正具备竞争力。”
 
金同学清晰的思路令我赞叹不已,原来他背后有着明确的目标和精准选择。这个小故事不仅是一次点拨,更是对我们身边那些有远见卓识的学子的致敬。
