个人简介

廖文镇教授,博士生导师,南方医科大学高层次引进人才,加拿大萨省大学海归博士后,南方医科大学公共卫生学院食品营养与健康课题组负责人。

近年来主持多项省级基金项目和国家基金面上项目,担任SCI期刊Chinese Chemical Letters(二区,IF:3.7)编委,SCI期刊 Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology专刊(IF: .4.3)的客座编辑以及多个SCI期刊审稿人。近年来发表科研论文四十几篇,其中,近5年以第一或通讯作者身份发表SCI论文34篇,总影响因子为170.6。其中6篇发表在生物医药或食品领域SCI一区TOP期刊(中科院分区);10篇为SCI二区TOP期刊。2篇文章入选ESI高被引用论文;2篇文章入期刊封面文章;获授权了11项发明专利,包括2项PCT国际专利。

研究领域

课题组主攻营养活性物质的构效关系及其在慢性病防治方面的研究:

1)生物活性物质对慢性代谢性疾病(糖尿病、脂肪肝、动脉粥样硬化等;)的干预及其机制研究

2)生物活性物质的纳米递送系统的构建及其作用机制研究;

3)肠道微生态与代谢性疾病的调控机制研究
