个人简介

张琳教授,南方医科大学基础医学院二级教授,博士生和博士后联合导师,组织胚胎学教研室主任,国家药监局化妆品安全评价重点实验室常务副主任,广东省药监局化妆品安全与功效关键技术重点实验室副主任。担任中国解剖学会组织胚胎学专业委员会常务理事,中国解剖学会医学发育生物学分会副主任委员、广东省解剖学会副理事长等学术任职。珠江学者特聘教授,获得教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划,南方医科大学立德树人好导师等荣誉称号。主持20余项国家级和省部级课题,研究工作以通讯作者发表SCI收录期刊80余篇, 累计被SCI-E引用1200余次,从事皮肤的基础与应用研究。

 

研究领域

主要从事皮肤的基础与应用研究。以基因敲除小鼠为模型,揭示了皮肤屏障形成、皮肤衰老、毛发形成、皮肤创伤修复、以及皮肤相关疾病过程中信号调控机制;系统阐明了小G蛋白家族在干细胞对皮肤创伤愈合的治疗作用和信号机制;并聚焦新型生物材料在皮肤创伤愈合过程中的治疗应用。相关研究为解决皮肤创伤愈合附属器官再生难题,构建高质量仿生皮肤提供研究基础和新的治疗依据。
