近五年以独立或共同通讯作者在ACS Nano、Nano LettersBiomaterialsSmall、Journal of Controlled Release、Chemical Engineering Journal、Advanced Healthcare Materials、Acta Biomaterialia等专业学术期刊发表相关研究性论文40余篇。

 

研究领域

  癌症严重威胁人类的生命健康,但传统治疗方法在实际应用过程中面临着诸多问题,例如药效低、副作用高、患者个体差异大等。如何将药物安全有效地递送至病灶部位,在提高药效的同时降低其对正常组织的毒副作用,一直是该领域研究人员致力于解决的关键问题之一。因此,我们希望通过结合材料学、纳米医学、肿瘤学等多学科研究手段,开发适应肿瘤微环境的多功能纳米递送体系,突破体内生理屏障,实现药物在肿瘤组织的靶向递送与有效控释,改善肿瘤微环境,增强药物的抗肿瘤疗效。
