南方医科大学珠江医院器官移植中心负责人、肾脏移植学术带头人、主任医师、教授，博士生导师，博士后联合培养导师。现任学术团体及专业杂志任职情况：(1) 中国研究型医院学会移植医学专业委员会副主委(2) 中国医疗保健国际交流促进会肾脏移植分会副主委(3) 广东省医学会器官移植学分会副主委(4) 广东省医师协会器官移植医师分会副主委（5）广东省免疫学会移植免疫分会副主委(6) 中国医师协会器官移植分会常委。主要研究方向：肾脏纤维化诊断新技术和机制研究(获国自然面上资助)、干细 胞在移植受者的应用和机理研究(获国自然面上项目资助，省重点基金资助)和移植 免疫和排斥等肾移植相关基础研究；主持参与各种复杂类型肾移植，复杂下尿路重建 肾移植，去抗原同种异体血管移植血透通路重建术等多项新技术居国内先进水平。近几年发表高水平SCI论文近20余篇，参与国内多项肾移植相关指南的制定，主持二项 国自然基金面上项目，主持多项省级科研基金研究，参与国家级重大科研项目的研究 1项，曾获军队科技二等奖1项，三等奖2项。参加著书四部，任《器官移植》《中华器官杂志》等多家杂志编委。
