个人简介

广东省“珠江青年学者”,2013年博士毕业于西南大学(与军事医学科学院联合培养)2014年起在英国爱丁堡大学皇后医学研究所从事博士后研究,师从著名造血干细胞发育专家Elaine Dzierzak 教授。2018年以南方医科大学“第三层次人才”引进回国。主要从事造血干细胞发育及白血病发病机理调控研究,研究成果发表于Cell Stem CellBloodNature Communications(已接受)、 The EMBO Journal(已接受)、Haematologica 等杂志10余篇,引用超过500余次。主要学术贡献:小鼠胚胎头部作为造血干细胞发育新位点,并贡献成体造血系统(Cell Stem Cell, 2012);卵黄囊来源的巨噬细胞通过促炎性因子调控胚胎头部造血发生(Blood, 2019);发掘胚胎主动脉-性腺-中肾区和头部造血干祖细胞发育的调控因素(Haematologica, 2021);阐明了微环境因素-巨核细胞调控胚胎AGM区内皮生血及造血干细胞前体形成的分子机制(Nature Communications,已接受,2024);揭示了细胞自噬影响AGM区Pre-HSC成熟的调控机理(The EMBO Journal,已接受,2024)。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,以课题负责人和项目骨干参与国家科技部重点研发计划2项。
