个人简介

赵小阳,二级教授,南方医科大学检验与生物技术学院院长。

长江学者特聘教授,国家优青,“万人计划”青年拔尖人才,青年长江,科技部重点研发项目首席专家。中国细胞生物学会生殖细胞分会副会长,广东省政协委员。

赵小阳教授在生殖细胞发育与分化,不孕不育发病机制研究方面取得了一系列进展。在Nature,Cell Stem Cell,Nature Cell Biology,Science Advances等杂志上发表论文60余篇,申报专利16项。荣获2014年国家自然科学奖二等奖1项(第五完成人)和国际转基因协会(ISTT)青年科学家奖,2017年中国干细胞协会“干细胞青年研究员”奖,2018年中源协和生命医学奖-创新突破奖。研究工作相继入选2009年中国十大科技进展和基础研究十大新闻,时代周刊评选的2009年十大医学突破,2012年中国科学十大进展,2016年度中国十大医学科技新闻和细胞出版社“2016中国年度论文”。

研究领域

  主要研究体细胞重编程及干细胞技术、基因修饰技术等在生殖系统中的研究与应用,致力于研发干细胞再生医学及辅助生殖新技术。

个人成果

   阐明人类精子发生过程中生殖细胞发育路径;诱导获得人原始生殖细胞,为人类不育症的治疗提供技术基础。以通讯或共同通讯在NatureCell Stem Cell, Cell Research等杂志发表论文26篇;以第一或共一作者在Nature等杂志发表论文10篇。体细胞重编程工作受到了国内外媒体的关注和同行的高度评价,入选美国《时代周刊》十大医学突破、中国基础研究十大新闻、中国十大科技进展。证明具有多能性的单倍体干细胞可以使卵母细胞受精,获得可育的转基因后代,该工作入选中国科学十大进展。体外分化获得单倍体精子细胞的工作被评为中国十大医学科技新闻和细胞出版社“中国年度论文”。荣获国家自然科学二等奖,中源协和生命医学-创新突破奖,中国干细胞协会青年研究员奖等奖励。
