个人简介

何彦，南方医科大学珠江医院检验医学部教授，博导，南方医科大学微生态医学中心副主任，广东省医学检验临床医学研究中心副主任、珠江医院转化医学中心副主任、珠江医院粪菌移植研究中心执行主任、国家优青，国家重点研发课题负责人。任广东省精准医学应用协会微生态医学分会副主任委员、生物物理学会肠道菌群分会理事、检验医学青年教师科创联盟委员等。主要从事微生态医学研究，包括多组学大数据分析与关键标志物鉴定、肠道菌群与卒中、代谢和母婴健康的关系等。以第一/通讯（共同）在Nat Med（封面论文）, Gut（2020，2021，2022）, Cell Host & Microbe (入选年度最佳论文集）、Cell Reports Medicine、Science Bulletins、Diabetes Care，Nat Comm，Microbiome（2015，2018）等刊物发表论文，被引约3000次。
