2011年于中山大学获得生化与分子生物学博士学位,其后在美国德克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症中心神经外科系从事研究工作近7年,先后任博士后和讲师(Instructor),主要从事原发胶质母细胞瘤以及肺癌/乳腺癌脑转移分子机制以及新的靶向药物的开发和转化研究。2018年底以高层人才引进至南方医科大学,并组建肿瘤分子生物学研究平台。以通讯作者或第一作者在Nat cell Biol、 JCI、PNAS、Adv Sci, Sci Adv、Cancer Res、Oncogene、Embo Rep等杂志发表研究论文,被引用2500 余次(Google scholar, 包括被Science、Cell、Nat Med等期刊)。是中国神经学会神经肿瘤分会委员、广东省精准医学会神经肿瘤分会常务委员,受邀在国内外多个会议进行会议报告,同时是Nat Commun、Cancer Research等十几种领域内知名期刊的评审专家,以及国自然面上项目、青年项目、博士后基金评审专家。
